What is collected

Only what you choose to send through the inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, event details and any message or song requests.

This website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

Why

To reply to your inquiry, check availability, prepare a quote and organise the performance — steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR, article 6(1)(b)).

Who receives it

Only me. Form messages are passed on by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers them by email to my Gmail inbox (Google). These providers may process data outside the European Union under their own safeguards. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing.

How long it is kept

Up to three years after our last contact, or for as long as needed for a booked performance and the related legal obligations.

Videos and browser storage

Video previews come from YouTube. The video player itself (youtube-nocookie.com) loads only when you press play; YouTube then receives your IP address and may use cookies under its own policy.

The site saves a small note in your browser to remember that you closed the booking pop-up or already sent an inquiry, so it does not reappear. It is not used for tracking, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to booking.piano.azur@gmail.com. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
